Ensuring that learners are safe is the number one priority for anyone working with children and young people. Understanding our duties to safeguard are however complex, extensive and fast changing.

Bright Green have been providing support to schools, colleges and care providers for many years to ensure that they are able to meet their duties and deliver best practice.

Our safeguarding lead has provided advice and support to over 100 providers, several safeguarding children's boards and the DfE adviser team to move practice forward. 

Bright Green can provide support to you to ensure that policy and practice is compliant through; a review of

  • Policy (safeguarding and other associated policies)
  • Record keeping (SCR, HR, concerns and referrals) 
  • Safeguarding curriculum
  • Recruitment procedures
